Understand Your Right to Compensation in Wisconsin

A Slip and Fall is a term describing an accident in which somebody, because of the conditions on the property of another, slips, falls, and is injured. A property owner in Brown Deer could be liable to you if you fell and injured yourself while on their property.

Common Causes of Slip and Falls in Brown Deer Wisconsin

Slip and Falls happen because of a hazardous or dangerous condition on the property in Wisconsin.

Hazardous conditions are sorted into three areas. First, there are structural defects that are normally found in older buildings in need of repair. Second, there are hazards created by the weather, like slick driveways. Lastly, there are building code violations that are found when a building owner has not taken the steps required by law to make sure that their property is safe.

Which hazard category your injury falls into can determine what kind of evidence you will need to present in court in Brown Deer.
